Sign PDF guide

Place a drawn or typed visual signature on one PDF page. This is not a certificate-based digital signature.

Step by step

  1. 01

    Prepare the PDF and signature

Open your PDF. Draw with a mouse or touch, or switch to typing mode and enter your name.

  2. 02

    Choose the placement

Select a page and adjust horizontal position, vertical position and signature size using the controls.

  3. 03

    Download and inspect

Run the signing action. Open the downloaded copy and check that the signature is legible and does not cover important content.

Help and limitations

Is this a certified electronic signature?

No. It adds a visual signature without a certificate, cryptographic verification or a technical guarantee that the document has not changed.

Can I sign every page at once?

The current tool places one signature on the selected page. Review that page in the downloaded document.

Before you use the output

Check the recipient’s requirements before using a visual signature for a legal or official workflow. The placement controls are not a full page editor.
